The Problem
Reference Automóveis had inventory moving, but service that lost buyers outside business hours. Anyone who reached out at night or on the weekend had to wait, and many never came back.
What We Did
1. Agent with Real Inventory
The agent knows the dealership's inventory: it sends real photos of the car, presents the vehicle, and answers questions about trim, year and mileage.
2. Visit and Credit
It books the store visit and checks the credit score to guide financing before the customer even arrives.
3. CRM Run by the Agent
Every conversation becomes a card in the CRM, moved by the agent itself as the buyer progresses.
Results
- R$143,900 in cars sold from R$2,600 in ad spend (54x ROAS)
- Funnel running with no human intervention
- Buyers served outside business hours
Why It Worked
At a car dealership, whoever responds first with a photo and a price gets the visit. The agent does that around the clock, and still keeps the CRM up to date.
